As a Vehicle Valeter/Driver you are responsible for cleaning customers vehicles post-accident repair. You may also be required to collect and deliver vehicles. You are often the only customer facing member of the team so you will carry forward our brand values and great customer service.
And backed by our great team of customer service advisors when you do meet our customers don’t be surprised if they offer you and your colleagues a box of chocolates or tokens of appreciation.

The Daily Role
As a Vehicle Valeter / Driver your main role will involve cleaning vehicles post-accident repair. You must have a full clean driving licence as driving vehicles will be required. When you are required to drive, you will be collecting and delivering accident damaged vehicles by road or on a transportation lorry and, in most circumstances, providing a replacement courtesy car.
With varied traffic conditions you will be responsible for maintaining contact with diarised appointments throughout the day and manage customer expectations and complement their own busy schedules.
You will be friendly and presentable in corporate uniform and ensure signatures and payments have been collected where appropriate.
You will work closely with our Customer Liaison Advisors and Quality Controllers to ensure you have key information at your fingertips for our valued customers. You will also have a keen eye for detail, and should any issues arise, you will have a helpful, can-do disposition to ensure the customers’ needs are met with a positive outcome.

Ideally you will have valeting experience and at least one years’ service in a transportation role. You will have a logical, quick thinking mind with great organisational skills and take satisfaction knowing you have helped someone every day.

The position hours to be covered are 8.30am to 5.30pm however to meet customer demand early starts and later finishes, as well as Saturday deliveries may be required.
