Joanne Spickett, Customer Liaison Advisor at Denaby has been nominated for a Special Recognition Award by General Manager, Rob Mann. Rob nominated Jo for the award as she has overcome so many challenges to succeed at her role as a CLA in such a short time frame. Jo had no prior experience in the accident repair industry and joined the Denaby team when volumes were at lower levels. Since joining, not only is Jo the last to leave every day, she takes an enormous amount of pride in her work, which has been reflected in the increase in the customer satisfaction scores with all work partners. Being new to the industry and the business, dealing with volume dramatically increasing and managing to sustain a high level of customer service from the start is a huge achievement.
