Special Recognition Award – Darren Reader

Parts manager Darren Reader, has been nominated by Martin Reason, Assistant Manager at Markham Vale for the Recognition Award, for his outstanding contribution to his job. Martin comments, “Darren always goes above & beyond, his dedication to the job is unquestionable. His 20+ years’ experience in parts make him the go to man for everything parts related, he always gives 110% no matter what and truly is a great asset to the AW team”. During the pandemic Darren has been instrumental in setting up the centralised parts team and continues to get involved overseeing multiple sites.

Adam was the first to receive a Recognition Award for outstanding customer service and valued contribution, he’s gone above and beyond to help the new Boston site get off to a flying start.

 

 

Brodie Turner, Customer Liaison Advisor at Markham Vale
Brodie has received a Recognition Award for consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience, which is evidenced from the customer feedback which has been received.

 

 

Kirsty Clark, Customer Liaison Advisor at Lincoln
