Martin Reason Announcement

We’re pleased to announce that Martin Reason has been appointed as general manager at our Lincoln site.


Martin first joined the AW team in 2009 working under James Dunn as a VDA at our Newark site for four years. Since 2018 he has been workshop controller and quality controller at the Markham Vale site and latterly assisting general manager Johan.


Martin started in the body industry working as an apprentice panel technician attending Emtec college. He went on to train as a vehicle damage assessor,  continuing his journey through the various roles before now taking the helm at our Lincoln site. We are delighted that Martin has taken on this new challenge in his career which again demonstrates the company’s commitment to succession management, promoting from within to continue the strong company culture and ethos.  Please join us in supporting Martin with this role of further responsibility within AW.
