AW x2 battle for Citroen Independent Bodyshop of the Year 2012

AW Repair Group’s Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire branches are both celebrating after being named as Finalists in Citroen’s Independent Bodyshop of the Year Awards 2012.

Last year the Sleaford, Lincolnshire branch won an Outstanding Achievement Award from Citreon and this year it will be going head to head with a sister site in Newark, Nottinghamshire.

The nominations are for continually high levels of service and customer care.

Lincolnshire Branch Manager Steve Hoe commented: “It is fantastic to be nominated for the Bodyshop of the Year category after winning the outstanding achievement last year. And I’m very happy our Newark branch is now recognised for their commitment to the AW Repair Group customer experience ethos.”

Added Newark branch manager James Dunn: “This is wonderful news. The Newark branch opened only four years ago so it is great to be acknowledged for the hard work all the staff here do to help customers through the often difficult situations following a vehicle accident.”

Launched in January 2012, the Citreon programme recognises excellence in accident repair and all of the Citreon approved UKcentres were measured on a monthly basis against a set of points scoring criteria and key performance indicators, such as customer satisfaction and technical training.

Commenting on the award Adrian Mossop, Citroen’s accident repair programme manager, said: “The accident repair sector is a vital part of our industry and I’m pleased that two of AW Repair Group’s sites have been recognised as being one of the very best bodyshops in the UK. This clearly demonstrates the team’s commitment to delivering a first class service to Citroen customers.”
