[/kml_flashembed]AW Repair Group is pleased to announce work has commenced on a purpose built group HQ and FastTrack facility.
The group’s Lincolnshire operation will also relocate to the 17,000 sq ft development adjacent to its current site with the £1.2m project due to be complete by January 2012.
Managing Director Andrew Walsh said: “We have outgrown our existing premises in Sleaford, Lincolnshire, and have designed a high tech facility around the future needs of the industry.”
The new development will include Symach drying technology, full aluminium capability, while you wait repair processes with customer wi-fi lounge, central point of notification hub and training facility.
“We shall be launching a bodyshop very different to the one we are operating in today,” said Andrew. “It is centered around repairing vehicles faster – we expect a 40% increase in production – along with a distinct retail frontage.
“We have been implementing 24 hour Fast Track processes throughout the group for some time. This has considerably reduced cycle times with dedicated technicians and a customer liaison team focussed on providing a customer experience to exceed expectations.”
The new facility will also provide sleek modern offices for the group’s centralised invoicing and accounts function for its three bodyshops which cover Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire.
“The new facility is a necessary foundation for the group to make further steps forward in the future,” added Andrew.
