17 Mar AW celebrate Audi aluminium appointment

AW REPAIR Group is delighted to announce its appointment as an Audi Structural Aluminium approved repair centre. The appointment follows the success of a senior technician attending a stringent two week welding and joining technique course in Germany in order to obtain the correct skills for the approval. Back in the UK he has undergone a series of welding tests which were sent away for x-ray examination.

28 Jan AW x2 battle for Citroen Independent Bodyshop of the Year 2012

AW Repair Group’s Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire branches are both celebrating after being named as Finalists in Citroen’s Independent Bodyshop of the Year Awards 2012. Last year the Sleaford, Lincolnshire branch won an Outstanding Achievement Award from Citreon and this year it will be going head to head with a sister site in Newark, Nottinghamshire. The nominations are for continually high levels of service and customer care.

23 Jan Porsche and AW Repair Group Cement Partnership

The partnership between Porsche and AW Repair Group was truly cemented in 2012. After being nominated as a Porsche Centre approved body repairer by Porsche Centre Nottingham, AW Lincolnshire passed stringent Porsche standards and invested more than £200,000 on specific Porsche manufacturer equipment to gain the approval.

AW Repair Group was delighted to sponsor Posche Club Lincs & Humberside Regions track day at Blyton park near Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. Anna Wooster, AW Repair Group’s Commercial Development Co-Ordinator, reports: It was a blustery day but we were all set for a day of blowing out the cobwebs on and off the track! Porsche owners from various regions signed up for the track day to give their own Porsches a blast around the track. The Lincolnshire & Humberside region and invited guests were met at registration by the Blyton track owner Richard Ushers for a schedule of the day ahead.
