These are all key areas that complement our strategy and vision for the future.

I would personally like to thank Andrew and Emma Walsh for entrusting us with the next chapter in the history of their excellent organisation. We are genuinely delighted to welcome the AW team to the Steer family.”

AW Repair Group’s Founder Andrew Walsh said: “I have known Richard for a long time and our vision for the future of accident repair is very much aligned. The time is right for a combined force to drive the industry forward in the next stage of vehicle repair and technology.

“I would like to sincerely thank all the AW team, work partners and suppliers for the part they have all played in the success of AW Repair Group. It has been a fantastic journey and I am very proud of what we have achieved together.”

Andrew will continue to push forward his passionate commitment to key sustainability and ESG programmes within a consultancy role.
