AW – A Career for Life Series

Group Support and Customer Relations Manager Lorren Bristow is in the spotlight in the latest AW – A Career For Life docuseries.

 

Revisiting the Women In The Accident Repair Industry cluster of films, Lorren tells how she joined the company as a young apprentice 17 years ago and is now an important link between Group Operations decisions and the team members on the front line of customer service.

 

Training customer liaison advisors, managing the First Response Team, overseeing GDPR, visiting sites and providing help and support wherever needed to both our advisors and our customers, Lorren’s days are always busy and in her own words:  “I love my job!”

 

Lorren took a break to have her son 10 years ago and returned to continue climbing the ladder. From apprentice at AW’s second site to now managing 16 customer liaison advisors and six first response advisors Lorren’s Story is certainly one to be admired.
