We’re pleased to announce that following the Group Customer Liaison Support team changes that Lorren Bristow has been appointed as Customer Relations Manager.
Lorren’s role will include overseeing both the First Response Team and the Customer Relations Team Leaders. Lorren will continue to be responsible for training new CLA’s, roll out new processes and procedures, ensuring we continue to deliver the best customer experience possible. Lorren will be an overall escalation point for queries and will be the first point of contact for James Dunn, Group Operations Director.
Lorren has been part of the AW team since 2005, joining Denaby Team as an Apprentice Customer Liaison Advisor, progressing to Senior Customer Liaison Advisor in 2009. In 2015 Lorren became responsible for training all new CLA’s across the group and in 2018 joined the Group Operations Team.
Lorren’s progression within the company demonstrates our commitment to succession management and promoting from within to continue the strong company culture and ethos.
