Quality objectives are set across the Paint and Body centre, and used as a measure of our performance. These objectives are continually reviewed, and amended as necessary, to ensure they are appropriate to the business and relevant to our customers.

Maximising customer satisfaction by reducing error, repeat work and providing a timely response to customer’s needs and expectations.
Maximising waste reduction and energy efficiency by ensuring internal processes are efficient and effective.
Helping staff reach their full potential by providing training, coaching and opportunity.
Maintaining business profitability by increasing customer loyalty, repeat custom and market share.
