Celebrations for donations; We have won the coveted title of national Bodyshop of the Year 2015!

To celebrate we are donating £1 to charity for every Comment, Like, Tweet and Email received from congratulatory supporters.

Our Lincolnshire headquarters scooped the award for the medium sized category (up to £2.7m) on Friday night at a Gala Dinner in Gwent, Wales.

Company founder & Managing Director Andrew Walsh has chosen to share the success by raising money for the British Heart Foundation in memory of his late father who passed away earlier in the year.
“This is an incredibly proud moment for everyone within AW Repair Group,” said Andrew. “And my amazing father who encouraged me to set up my first bodyshop in 1993 would have been very proud too.”

This is the message to our customers as we launch a comprehensive mobile device app including on-the-scene crash data capture.

More than a year in development the group’s application AW Accident App is now available to download free from the Apple and android market.
Carefully constructed to appeal to our past customers, future and present, the app offers a range of services in the palm of your hand.
Customers are encouraged with a welcome email to download the app to track the vehicle claim and repair process in the palm of their hand.
Meanwhile social media followers have already downloaded the app and used the QuickQuote calculator for minor repairs with the option to send images direct to AW Repair Group’s VDAs for expert help and guidance.

And the handy app doesn’t stop there…users are encouraged to retain the app on their device to help guide them through the mind-numbing moment of being involved in an accident. On-the-scene data capture allows users to contemporaneously note accident circumstances, location, weather, other party details, witnesses and photographic evidence.

With a further module to provide feedback and one touch dialling there is much value to the app for customers and for AW Repair Group who can also interact with users via push notifications.

This is also part of streamlining our whole customer liaison process with welcome letters, FAQs and T&Cs now forwarded to customers in digital format with the added value of downloading the app.”
